Norm has an extensive marine background. For over 38 years, Norm has work both as a manufacturer’s rep and as a sales manager for marine manufacturers. At ComMar, Norm has developed strong relationships with OEM, mass merchants, dealer and distributor accounts. His extensive sailing experience and vast knowledge of the powerboat market provides valuable insights to our manufacturers. Norm serves his customers from his Rhode Island base.

Norm has served on various Boards of NMMA and as 2007-2008 President of NMRA.

Jeff is a Native Rhode Islander who grew up fishing and boating in Narragansett Bay as well as freshwater lakes throughout New England. With over 10 years of retail management with Boaters World and West Marine, Jeff has the ability to leverage his understanding of the retail space to better assist our dealer network as well as mass merchants. Jim George

.Jim is avid fisherman, spending most of his youth fishing for small-mouth bass on the Mississippi River.  Jim is a graduate of Hamilton Technical College, which led to his service in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician from 1988 to 1994. Jim brings 27 years of industry experience starting at KVH Industries as a production engineer. Jim moved to the sales department where he became the Vice President of global sales. He has a passion for the marine industry and loves working with his customers to provide the utmost in sales and service representation. He serves customers in New England, Long Island and other targeted account areas.

Tim takes pride in applying creative, yet practical, solutions to achieve desired sales results. Tim serves the Mid-Atlantic territory from Annapolis, Maryland.

Kelton Kenney

Kelton is a Texas native who moved to Florida in 1994 where he began work at West Marine. He held many positions and was general manager of three locations including their flagship store in Ft. Lauderdale. In 2000 he became a manufacturer’s representative and strives to exceed customers’ and manufacturers’ expectations with his solution-based approach to business. Kelton attended college at Texas A&M University at Galveston where he was on the sailing team for four years, became a licensed instructor and continues to teach sailing and kiteboarding today.

Doug Sanders, based out of New Orleans, LA, has worked as District Sales Manager for ICOM America since 2008 and won numerous sales achievement awards.

Doug serviced a strong base of electronic dealers servicing the Offshore/Rig/Commercial marine markets as well as the mass merchant and major distributor outlets in both the Great Lakes, Midwest and Gulf Coast. Prior to ICOM, Doug worked for 10 years at Boater’s World as the District Manager over the Gulf Coast market.

John has over 30 years of experience in consultative sales for computer-aided design technologies and strategic marketing for architectural building products. His former employers include McGraw Hill, Goldman Sachs and McDonnell Douglas. A Connecticut native, John has been based in Manhattan for 25 years. John is a boat owner, licensed captain, and certified sailing instructor with extensive one-design and offshore racing experience.

Sandra Rodriques (Sandy) was born in Maine and has held various office positions throughout her career, including: Legal Secretary for a multi-partner Attorney’s office during and upon graduating high school; Assistant Clerk/Associate Clerk for The State of Maine Judicial Branch, District Court/Divisions of Sagadahoc and Cumberland Counties for nearly 18 years; Receptionist, Brokerage/Engineering Secretary and back-up for the bookkeeping and human resource departments at Alden Yachts in Portsmouth/Bristol, Rhode Island; Receptionist and assistant to the bookkeeper/human resource department for Goetz Custom Boats in Bristol, Rhode Island. In May 2010 Sandy joined the ComMar Sales Team as Office Manager, based in the corporate office in Tiverton, Rhode Island.

Mary brings 30 years of experience in the business management setting supporting accounting and financial reporting as well as operational and administrative functions particularly within the marine industry. Mary prides herself as a personable an effective communicator with the ability to interact within the organization as well as with manufacturers and clients to ensure the alignment of collaborative efforts to produce operational efficiency.
